COURSE
ASSOCIATED TO THE SYMPOSIUM
On April 20 and 21, the
Comprehensive Course on Hydraulic Fracturing of Horizontal Wells in Unconventional Reservoirs
was held, conducted by Jorge Ponce (CAPSA)
This Comprehensive Course on Hydraulic Fracturing in Horizontal Wells in Unconventional Reservoirs, delivered by Eng. Jorge Ponce, brought together 16 professionals from the energy industry, from Canada, Argentina and Peru.
The course was aimed at specialists in reservoir engineering, fracturing, and well completion, with participants representing various companies in the sector.
At the end of the course, satisfaction surveys were conducted among all attendees. The results reflected an overall rating of Excellent, with repeated emphasis on the quality of the knowledge shared and the instructor’s extensive practical experience—factors that generated a high level of appreciation among participants.
The course was held in an intensive two-day format prior to the Symposium. However, several professionals suggested extending its duration to a third day, considering the high technical value of the content delivered and the need for more time to explore the topics in greater depth
